New Samyang 16mm F2.0 ED AS UMC CS is a ultra wide-angle manual focus lens designed for CS / cropped sensors APS-C cameras. The Samyang 16mm is a rectilinear lens, offering superb image quality and low distortion. It is perfectly suited for cropped sensor cameras and for landscape and general photography expecting high quality wide angle lens. 


Optical construction is 13 elements in 11 groups, with 2 aspherical lenses, 1 Extra-low Dispersion (ED) element and 1 hybrid aspherical lens. Samyangs UMC Ultra Multi coating ensures superb transmission of light, and minimizes flare and ghosting.


Suitable for both professinal and amateur photographers, the 16mm is for APS-C of DSLR Camera.


The new Samyang 16mm F2.0 accepts 77mm filters and can use ND, polarisers or any filter with a 77mm filter thread The Samyang 16mm features a wide, ribbed manual focus ring which is smooth and well-damped and provides a positive manual focus.


The lens is supplied with front and rear lens caps and soft lens case.


Canon EF and EF-M, Fujifilm X, Olympus / Panasonic Four Thirds and Micro Four Thirds, Pentax K, Samsung NX, or Sony A and E mount versions.
