I have been a long time customer of Michaels. Over all those years I only found one sales person not especially helpful with showing me how the camera I was interested in worked. The service centre staff have always been very helpful and especially so in my recent dealings with them about a fault with my camera where they and the Company were excellent in resolving the issue for me. Always, cheaper prices.....but the service was fantastic.....Paul, was able to give very good advise, and was willing to help with everything...also very patient.... I marked VERY GOOD....only, because you can always strive to be better... I am not from Melbourne , but l will continue to purchase from this store , whilst l am working here..... commercially...
