The cost of shipping for international orders is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at +613 9672 2288 or use our contact form for a quote or to receive additional information.

International Customer: Customs Fees, Taxes, and Brokerage Information

All buyers are responsible for brokerage fees, their country's taxes and duties. These additional charges are not included in the shipping price.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to buying.

We are unable to mark the package as a "Gift". Declared value will come from your invoice, and it will not be altered.

Sorry, we cannot ship compressed air products or lithium batteries internationally.

Oversized Goods

*Unfortunately flat rate freight does not apply on orders containing darkroom chemicals, backdrops and some oversized goods. We will contact you by email or phone with a quote for shipping if goods ordered cannot be shipped using our flat rate.

How long does it take for delivery?

Deliveries are managed by Australia Post Express Courier. Delivery time vary depending on the item(s), stock availability from our Australian suppliers and your location. We deliver all orders by courier Australia-Wide and we insist on obtaining a signature for your and our security. In other words – we will not deliver to your home or business address unless there is somebody there to accept the delivery.

How can I track my order?

You can track the shipping status of your delivery on the Internet with the tracking ID provided by us once your order is processed.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, you will be asked to sign a notification of receipt in which you confirm that your order was received.

What if I am not home when my package arrives?

Our courier will leave a notification of 'attempted delivery' at your address advising you of an alternative delivery or collection arrangement.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone.

Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped, it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state ‘delivered’. For Australia Post deliveries: by creating an account with Australia Post through myPost you can redirect the parcel to a new address.

Can I purchase - Click & Collect?

Unfortunately, not at present. We anticipate offering this facility in the third quarter of 2016.


Brands & Stock

The item I want is out of stock. What now?

We do place items on back order.

We try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand but some popular items may be in short supply. Even though we maintain the most comprehensive stock levels in the industry, we still do not hold absolutely everything in stock. If you would like an item that we do not have in stock, we will gladly order it for you.

As we initiate orders with most Australian suppliers virtually every day, typically we will usually order your item immediately – thus minimising any inconvenience to you. We will maintain regular email contact with you to keep you informed as to the progress of your order.

Can I place an item on hold or lay-by for purchase at a later date?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a hold or lay-by service for our online store.

How do I know if you carry a certain brand?

View all the brands that we stock on our brands page.

Alternatively type the brand name into our search toolbar to view the available items from that brand.


When can I expect new product(s) to be listed on your website?

We are constantly updating our product range so we invite you to visit our website frequently. View all our new arrivals.

Do you offer a warranty on your product(s)?

All products are guaranteed by the Australian representatives of each Global Manufacturer.

How can I provide feedback about a product?

We look forward to hearing feedback about our product(s) and services.  Post purchase we will email you an on-line survey. We welcome any feedback that will enable us to improve our service to you. Your thoughts/experience(s) regarding the product(s)at you have purchased will be most welcome.

Is there somewhere I can go to view the product prior to purchasing?

Please feel free to visit in-store. We have Australia's largest range of photographic/video product and accessories.

What’s our returns policy*?

Unfortunately we can not offer returns / exchanges on:

We have 3 rules of returns, item(s) must be returned:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase; 7 days starts from the date of purchase to when it is received at our warehouse
  2. Item(s) must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories with the original packaging which must be completely intact. and
  3. Item(s) Items with timers must show zero minutes of use. Items with shutter counters must show zero exposures. 

If your item matches all of these condition, you can advise us by email that you'd like to return the item(s), we will advise a Return Authorisation Reference Number.

What payment types do you accept?
